Directions

Adults (19 years and older) – Take 1 scoop per day. Take a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products. 400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women to reduce the risk of neural tube defects. Ask a healthcare practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional folate before taking this product.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for orders over $50 at a delivery price of $3.99. The option will be displayed for recipients within the eligible area of coverage (5km radius).

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 864 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto ON, M4G 2L1. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 6 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:30 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday), and 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm on weekends (Saturday to Sunday). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
