Passionflower extract supports production of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) to suppress excessive brain activity and induce relaxation.
Melatonin supports circadian rhythms that regulate sleep cycles.
Skullcap extract supports the nervous system.
Although catnip drives cats crazy, it helps humans relax.
Magnesium, as highly bioavailable magnesium bisglycinate, supports the myelin sheaths that insulate nerve fibers and support nervous system function.
Qiye Shen’an Pian herb supplies isolates which have been shown to support the generation and maintenance of neurons within the cerebral cortex, that are responsible for memory consolidation, perceptual awareness, and consciousness.

Sleep is critical; deep sleep is essential for tissue repair, committing information to long-term memory, and overall great health. Studies with laboratory animals have shown higher mortality rates for those exposed to sleep deprivation than to starvation. Sleep is a necessity, not a luxury.

Directions of Use

Adults: Take 1–4 capsules at or before bedtime, or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Warnings

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have depression, a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver disease, kidney disease, cancer, endometriosis, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, hypertension or if you are taking blood-pressure, blood thinning, antidepressant or sedative/hypnotic medications. Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.

Contraindications: Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking. Consumption with alcohol, other medications, and/or natural products with sedative properties is not recommended. Do not use if you are pregnant, breast-feeding, taking immunosuppressive drugs or cyclosporine, or allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/daisy family.

Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness.

Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. The processing time depends largely on the relevant company's circumstances, such as there being any items that are being back-ordered.

You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped out. Once the item is with the postal service, it takes anywhere between 1 to 5 business days for the parcel to arrive. Please note that there may be potential delays in shipping for various reasons, such as postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for orders over $50 at a delivery price of $3.99. The option will be displayed for recipients within the eligible area of coverage (5km radius).

We will contact you via email with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 864 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto ON, M4G 2L1. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 6 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:30 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday), and 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm on weekends (Saturday to Sunday). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ghealthfood@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
