Joint-Pro Eggshell Membrane with NEM® and Joint-Pro™ are especially effective in relieving joint pain, they contain slightly different blends of ingredients depending on your needs. Joint-Pro NEM® may be a better choice for those who cannot tolerate chondroitin and MSM (methylsulfonylmethane).

Recommended Use

Joint-Pro Eggshell Membrane with NEM® helps to maintain joint and cartilage health and reduce pain and stiffness associated with osteoarthritis of the knee.

Directions

Adults – Take one (1) capsule, two (2) times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. The processing time depends largely on the relevant company's circumstances, such as there being any items that are being back-ordered.

You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped out. Once the item is with the postal service, it takes anywhere between 1 to 5 business days for the parcel to arrive. Local delivery

Local delivery is available for orders over $50 at a delivery price of $3.99. The option will be displayed for recipients within the eligible area of coverage (5km radius).

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 864 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto ON, M4G 2L1. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 6 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:30 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday), and 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm on weekends (Saturday to Sunday). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
