Healthy Bones MCHA features microcrystalline hydroxyapatite, a naturally sourced bone-building compound that shapes the matrix of our bones and teeth, giving them their rigid form. Containing naturally occurring calcium and phosphorous, this compound has shown superior bioavailability and absorption for maximum bone-building capabilities.
Calcium has long been associated with bone health, but phosphorous is just as important. In fact, taking high-dose calcium supplements consisting of calcium carbonate or citrate salts can cause dietary phosphorous to become unavailable for absorption. An unbalanced intake of calcium and phosphorous has been associated with the development of osteoporosis.

Recommended Use
Healthy Bones MCHA helps in the maintenance and development of bones and teeth. Adequate calcium and vitamin D as part of a healthy diet may prevent bone loss and osteoporosis. Healthy Bones also helps to maintain tissue formation, healthy hair, healthy skin, healthy nails, normal electrolyte balance, and proper muscle function including the heart muscle.
Directions
Adults: Take two (2) capsules, one (1) to three (3) times per day with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
