Recommended Use
Source of fibre to help stimulate the growth of healthy bacteria (such as bifidobacterial) in the intestine/gut. Source of fibre for the maintenance of good health.
Directions
Children (4 years and older) – Take 1 scoop per day. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take with at least 250ml of liquid to maintain adequate fluid intake.
Adults (19 years and older) – Take 1-2 scoops per day. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take with at least 250ml of liquid to maintain adequate fluid intake.
Cautions & Warnings
